Under this tab, you will enter your own personal information and ALL Creditors that you want to interact with clients in Templates, Dispute Center, etc.
You can create Virtual Personas. A virtual persona is an identity you wish to assume for a specific purpose. It can be your company(ies) information, DBA's , Creditors, etc.
In case of Creditors, the SUBSCRIBER NAME and NUMBER for each Credit Bureau should be entered so it will be displayed as appropriate in templates (letter) that require such information (contains the subscriber name and number symbols)
Also, for example, in invoices Virtual Personas will be available as sellers and in templates, Virtual Personals will be available as a Secondary database. In other words you will be able to Insert and Merge fields NOT only from the Contacts Database but from the Virtual Persona Database as well.
For example, you may wish to work (sign e-mails and letters) as "John Smith" if you work with contacts from America, but work as "Cheen Chou" if you are working with Chinese contacts.
To
create a new virtual persona, click 
. Then, name the virtual
persona. On the left, begin to fill the appropriate information. Be sure
to provide a valid e-mail address for communications.
Also, the company select is the one that will be active when doing invoices.
The logo will be used in your invoices and in the a Special Business Cards where this picture probably of your face.
