The Domains Manager section allows you to control your domains data.
If you have more than one domain most probably you will appreciate a centralized way where you can have all your data

to add a new records or 
to create a new record
with the same data on screen which is useful when only part of the information
changes.

To change the Labels for the User Defined Fields simply type over the labels. When you change a label all labels from that field change at the same time in all records.
