This topic is also known as True Customer Value.
The idea is to produce a True Customer Index Value that can give you an idea of how good is this customer at a glance.
To access this screen click on the Client Valuation field at the bottom part of the User Defined Fields section (you have to be in Advanced Mode) to have access to this section.
We have provided several valuations items and you can add more if desired..
The maximum any client can have is a 100 points made from a perfect 10 in each category but, evidently, this is completely subjective and you have to create and decide the values you want to assign to each category.
Another important point you should know is that you can search and filter your database by your client valuation or a range of it just by going to the FULL FIND screen (click on FIND then select FULL FIND) and using the valuation field.
