The agenda can add events you wish you remind yourself of.
First,
click on a date at the bottom. Then, add an event by clicking the
button at the right. This will add an event, which you can
change the description (what you will be doing) and time (what time you
should be doing it).
The description field is unlimited in its capacity.
Also,
you can make this event recurrent by checking the box under
. To the right of this box is another box that contains numbers.
To the right of that box is one that contains measurements of time. This
way, you can set recurrence to "1 hour" to make the event reoccur
every hour, or "5 days" to make the event reoccur every 5 days.
The "Next On" column signifies when the initial count should
begin. The "Times" column displays how many times the event
will reoccur.
The dates which currently have events on them are displayed on the right column. Any day with multiple events will have entries for every event.
If
you wish to "move" all events you *should* have done in the
past, but didn't, to the present date, click
. This will
make all old events move to today's date. You can then choose whether
to take into consideration the time at which the events are to be done
or to disregard the times.
Click
to remove all events for that day.
Any
day that has an event will have an asterisk next to it on the calendar
.
